Overview of Grant Objective/Impact: ElevateEdAZ will participate in Accelerate ED: Seamless Pathways to Degrees and Careers. The initiative is a part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation featuring technical assistance, grant support, coaching, and opportunities to work with an advanced practice community as the ElevateEdAZ scales up strategies to expand free pathway models for high school youth that result in the achievement of an associate degree by year 13. For ElevateEdAZ, it will scale up its Career and Technical Education pathways aligned to high-wage, high-demand occupational pathways. These efforts will focus specifically on advanced manufacturing as a model pathway to increase student outcomes to attaining 30 early post-secondary credits of dual enrollment and a clear transition strategy to community colleges.
