Overview of Use of Funds: Good Works Grant Writing is excited to congratulate our client, New Pathways for Youth, on being selected to receive $100,000 from the Charles E. Benidt Foundation! This foundation grant will provide support for New Pathways for Youth’s FY25-28 Strategic Plan, which seeks to expand the scope and reach of the organization and its Level Up Program. The Level Up Program annually reaches around 500 Phoenix youth (ages 13-21) from low-income families impacted by three or more Adverse Childhood Experiences. The purpose of the Level Up Program is to help youth build strong, supportive relationships, develop emotional intelligence, and cultivate healthy interpersonal skills, while giving youth access to life-changing resources that promote academic success and long-term financial stability. Expanding the capacity of the Level Up Program will require the following growth strategies from New Pathways for Youth: 1) Expand Their Partnerships, 2) Grow Their Mentor Pipeline, and 3) Increase Their Middle School Participation.
Overview of Grant Objective/Impact: With $100,000 from the Charles E. Benidt Foundation, New Pathways for Youth’s FY25-28 Strategic Growth Plan will commit to the following:
- Maintain the quality of the Level Up Programs without compromise.
- Deliver more of the Level Up Program to an additional age range.
- Create more access to the Level Up Program options through adaptation/refinement of existing programmatic work.
